Todd Poehlman, Associate
Todd Poehlman began his career in the energy efficiency and building sector working for Energy Trust of Oregon’s New Homes program, where he managed quality assurance. He met with verifiers, subcontractors and builders during field quality assurance visits to ensure program requirements were being met while offering on-site guidance and support.
Todd also offered technical guidance and energy modeling support to Oregon and Washington Energy Trust trade allies. During his five-year tenure at Energy Trust, the New Homes program reviewed and approved 10,000 new construction projects.
Todd joined Four Walls, Inc. in 2016. He provides energy modeling services, and conducts site visits to verify projects for code compliance and green building programs.
When he is not conducting a home energy assessment or meeting with clients, Todd can likely be found playing soccer or rooting for the Portland Timbers.
